Canning is a dying art. It is a subject that I would love to teach to the next generation. In learning canning, you and your family can create healthy alternatives to processed (and over processed) foods. Just starting out learning small things like growing your own vegetables and canning for the winter season. It is so wonderful to open and fix a product made by your own hands. You not only know what your eating, but you can feel great about giving your family food that will be both healthy and delicious.
