My plan over the next several months, my is to enjoy time with my husband, family and enjoy the holiday season without a rush..
I am also working on getting my FOOD PRESERVATION CERTIFICATION. I would love nothing better than to teach the next generation to preserve either their homegrown foods or locally purchased foods either by canning, freezing, dehydrating or freeze drying for better health and knowledge. You will know that what you are feeding yourselves and your family is safe and not filled with preservatives or other things that you can't pronounce. I am looking forward to helping as many families as I can to be healthy and whole.
